There is no charge to use the massage tables
There are 6 massage tables available to use. (You are welcome to use these except when the massage workshop is running). Water dispersible massage oil is provided.
Towels must be used to cover the massage table. Please wipe down the table with and anti-bacterial/disinfectant wipes after use.
You must wash/shower before entering the spa or pool.
Massage Workshop.
Steve will be demonstrating and guiding us through some relaxation massage techniques, commonly used in Lomi Lomi and Swedish massages.
The workshop will start at 3pm and participants will have the opportunity to practice with guidance during the workshop.
